1.)BO / Crystal Report developers
Skills : BO / Crystal Report / Oracle / SQL Server / UAT
Exp - 3-5yrs
Job Location -Pune

Key skills:
* Strong 3+ years report development experience in an Oracle / MS SQL-Server/ IBM DB2 UDB RDBMS environment using Crystal Reports / Business Objects
* Knowledge of relational data models, database programming, SQL, and PL/SQL in order to develop complex, customized reporting solutions.
* Solid testing skills, in order to test the accuracy of reports developed using Business Objects or Crystal Reports.
* Critical thinking skills to assess reporting needs/requirements and determine appropriate course of action (for example, utilizing an existing template) to meet requirements.
* Ability to communicate well verbally, to meet with users and discuss their data, reporting needs and requirements.
* Ability to write clearly, to create technical documentation regarding the design, development, testing and maintenance processes and procedures related to report development activities.

Principal duties and responsibilities
* Develop a thorough understanding of the reporting databases data models
* Independently perform the business and data analysis activities to design and develop reports from the reporting databases
* Design and develop reports utilizing Business Objects and Crystal Reports following formatting and development standards
* Prepare report metadata report descriptions, valid parameter values.
* Test reports, and support end-user UAT testing of reports
* Publish reports for use
* Provide maintenance of reports as required
