*Adopt new and emerging technologies and provide smart and efficient solutions to client needs.
*Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into suitable solution design.
*Ability to work on Databases (Oracle 9i, MS SQL server).
*Practice and Document key SDLC processes by producing formal documents like Requirements Specifications document, Understanding and Impact Documents etc.
*Experience in Classic ASP 3.0, Java-script, CSS, DHTML, .NET, Web-Service, VB is preferred.
* Knowledge of working on ERP applications.
* Ability to work on development as well as support projects.
