Eligibility Criteria : 1.8 to 3.5 years of experience in Manual Testing.  Productive knowledge of one or more programming languages and software platforms  Good understanding of quality programming guidelines, understanding of software development life cycles  Can work independently without much guidance on programming  Good understanding of software development constructs  Address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in programming efforts  Adds value on the project by pushing back with the technical lead on the requirements and seeks to improve the end solution being offered
