Skill  1- IP Telephony--(Bangalore)
JD- Responsible for supporting CISCO IPCC platform and associated applications, NICE Call Recording Solution, IEX-WFM).


2- BMC-Atrium-(Bangalore)

JD- Essential IT Infrastructure knowledge Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (networks, server, virtualization, Windows Server concepts, etc.)  Experience of automating tasks/processes   developing scripts, integrating tools or configuration of automation tools  Experience of a Service Delivery environment including ITIL processes for Incident/Change/Problem management  Availability to work with Global Tools for a long time   "more than 1 year at least  Confident to present, teach and coach skills to a wider team Desirable: BMC Tools experience  Cross training in BMC Tools stack  Production Support for Cloud Enterprise Services   which will include o Incident triage and resolution o Change control for BMC tools environments o 24*7 on-call rota for high priority incidents  Project work to evaluate the BMC Tools against functional requirements  Development of BMC Tools customizations/configurations required to meet IO Services and CES business functions

JD- Qualifications: Education:      Bachelor degree in related field. Work Experience:      4 - 6 Years Experience Work Requirements: Mandatory to work in 24x7 shift environment To be available on-call as required. -JD- The Contact Center Architect will responsible for contact center Architecture & design, the development of contact center infrastructure standards, the release management of corresponding infrastructure software standards, as well as the development and implementation of solutions for the IM&S Network Delivery Architecture organization. This includes the development of voice infrastructure solutions and standards which satisfy the requirements of both Accenture  ™s internal requirements and technology used in support of Accenture  ™s outsourcing business globally.

7- UNIX-IBM AIX (Kolkata)

8- Cisco-Voice (Gurgaon)

JD- 5-7 years experience in the troubleshooting and performance management of voice infrastructure networks (Both Legacy and IPT), Strong communication and interpersonal skills including an ability to convey technical information using non-technical language Extensive knowledge/experience with Cisco Voice over IP systems and components including Call Managers, gateways, gatekeepers, Unity voice mail, routers and switches, Must have thorough understanding of traditional call flows and communication protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP,SRTP, SCCP, ISDN) Knowledge and experience operating converged (voice/video/data) networks, including knowledge of: CoS, QoS, WRED and related quality of service parameters, WAN and voice circuit experience in VoIP and Legacy Voice environment, Basic knowledge of BGP, MP-BGP and OSPF routing protocols, Understanding of network protocols like FTP, TFTP, NTP, DNS, DHCP, Organizational and problem-solving skills, Implement changes to the telephony environment (Call managers, gateways, gatekeepers, and Unity Voicemail system) as per business requirements, Troubleshoot call quality issues

9-Change management (Bangalore)

JD- Responsible for providing a unified, but hierarchical approach to IT Operational Change Management.      Chair the weekly CAB process.      Point of interface to client contacts for change management  essential to be professional and courteous at all times.      Have a detailed working knowledge of change management processes and any specific client requirements.      Operate in accordance with the change management processes and ensure that those processes are followed by all parties for all changes (adherence to agreed change windows is key)      Ownership of the Release management process.      Escalate any breach of change management processes to the change management team lead      Work with the change management tool and be an expert in the change related functions of the tool.      Receive and log incoming changes from clients and from external operating groups      Perform QA review on changes to ensure high quality      Provide reports on change statistics as required for client/service reporting    Manage a review of each release and provide relevant reporting      Provide input to internal management reports      Analyse data on change statistics on an ad-hoc basis as required by CSM or Service Control management for trend/volume identification      Attend client and internal CAB meetings to represent Service Control.      Have a detailed working knowledge of any change-related SLA targets for all clients      Maintain change procedure documentation
