Minimum 5 â€" 7 years of experience in the Siebel development/integration preferably in Telecom Industry
The Telco CRM Consultant is responsible for translating client's CRM and Contact Center business requirements into specific system, application, and process designs.
Responsible for a wide range of activities from requirements analysis through design specification.
May be required to temporarily relocate on an International Assignment to a foreign country
Should have working experience on Pre sales activities. Should be client facing and ability to present and vet technical solutions, sizing parameters, requirements compliance as part of RFP process.
