6. Good communication skills
7. Some programming background
8. Exposure to any test automation tool like Silk Test, QTP, Test Complete, Selenium
9. Expertise in any of these an added advantage
10. Strong attitude and desire to learn new automation tools
11. Ability to troubleshoot open source tools
