We have some exciting opportunities for senior dotnet professionals for our BFSI projects .We are working with some major banking ,finance and insurance clients who are based out in US ,UK ,Dubai and Japan.
For the same ,we are going to have some scheduled interviews on this Sunday i.e.28th August in Pune.We would be completing the entire interview process the same day and you can expect the offers by mid of next week.Kindly note that the candidates who are shortlisted will be only called for interviews .
The requirement details are as follows:
1. Exp: 3-10 years
2. Role /Designation: Associates/Senior Associates/Leads
3.technical skills:
Mandatory skills :
Minimum 4-5 years of development experience in .NET (this should be with Web Applications and not Windows Applications)
Experience with .NET should largely be with Framework 2.0 or higher -preferably in 3.5 or 4.0
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with Web Services (Framework 2.0 or higher)
Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (Transact SQL)
Desirable Skills :
- exp in WCF would be a added advantage
- exp in UML
-Worked in Agile/Scrum project
-Strong in OOPS, Databases, Javascript, jQuery
-onsite exp
In case of Associates and Senior Associates ,we are looking for core dotnet developers with exp in above mentioned areas .
In case of Leads we are looking for following skills:
Experience handling team and managing deliverables end to end.
Excellent communication & client facing skills.
Technically sound with strong Analytical and Logical Skills
Willing to work hands on and mentor/direct junior team members towards team goals.
Proven ability to
1.Resolve technical issues.
2.Explore multiple paths that could help team deliver high quality deliverables on time.
Exposure to designs/architectures and desire to innovate is a definite plus
For all levels ,strong dotnet web development exp with SQL background is required.
