Role Description:
Design, code and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes for new or existing modules
* Create programming specifications from Business Requirements document
* Document draft specifications, test results, and solutions implemented
* Code corrections for identified defects for new and existing releases of the software
* Troubleshoot software issues
* Ensure compliance to pre defined coding best practices to meet quality and time lines of delivery
* Ensure adherence to processes as required by the project
* Update the manager of the progress on module
* Work closely with lead programmer(s) and business analyst(s) to establish the strong coordination to bring in the effectiveness in the delivery
* Work independently and help the junior resources
* To work on multiple activities (development, platform releases, installations, conversions, support, training, etc).
Mandatory Skills:
Excellent skills in Languages: C# and ASP .NET and overall .NET platform.
* Exposure to .NET MVC, WCF, WPF
* Excellent skills in Platforms: Windows
* Excellent knowledge of design principles
* Knowledge of Database Development with Oracle C MS SQL Server
* Very good analytical and problem solving skills
* Quick learner of new processes
* Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to work with all personality types to overcome obstacles and keep on schedule
* Must be a self starter who is extremely organized, detail oriented, and has the ability to meet tight deadlines
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with NHibernate
