The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of commercial experience, in C#/.NET technologies and 1+ Years as a Team Leader.
Role & Responsibility:
* Leading the development team as well as coding, code review whenever required
* Leading the technical delivery of critical projects for clients across the globe
* Assisting in Recruitment and Appraisals of technical staff
* Client Communication, Management Status Reporting & Handling all the Risks & Issues
* Create & Understand any Technical Architecture Design
Essential Technical Skills:
* .NET 3.0/3.5/4.0
* Web Development technologies - ASP.Net, AJAX, Web Services
* Internet technologies - XML, HTML/XHTML, XSLT, CSS and JavaScript
* Knowledge of SQL Server 2005 and/or SQL Server 2008
Essential Qualities:
* Experience of working in an onshore-offshore model
* Ability to learn new technologies quickly
* Ability to manage a team of Software Engineers, from a technical and task management perspective
* Ability to mentor Trainee/Junior Software Engineers
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with teams in UK and

* Regular interaction with teams in UK and/or USA
* Potential on-site assignments in Europe, USA or APAC
* Mentoring of Trainee/Junior Software Engineers
* Can-Do approach, Enthusiasm, Curiosity to learn new things and willingness to work hard.
Essential Technical Skills:

* Mentoring of Trainee/Junior Software Engineers
* Can-Do approach, Enthusiasm, Curiosity to learn new things and willingness to work hard.
Essential Technical Skills:
* Functional Testing, Performance testing
* Manual & Automation Testing (QTP or any other scripting tools)
* Test Planning, Execution & Reporting
* Knowledge of Defect Management tools such as MQC, BugZilla or any other.
* Status Reporting with defect classification
Essential Qualities:
* Ability to learn new types of testings quickly
* Ability to manage his/her own work as well as team"s task allocation
* Good communication and mentoring skills
* Experience of working in an onshore-offshore model
* Willing to travel onsite outside India
Preferable skills:
* Knowledge of SQL queries
* White Box Testing
* Knowledge of Security, Penetration & Vulnerability testing will be added advantage
