Experience of combining analysis, design, development and implementation of OO based applications
Real delivery experience with the .NET framework including C# and ASP.NET
Strong hands on experience in SQL Server and Oracle databases
Experience in XML, XSL, Crystal Reports and classic ASP
Must have gone through the entire SDLC (at least one big project)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in software development for the financial services industry mainly working in Capital Market and Investment Banking Industry.Preferrably, Prime Brokerage or Hedge Fund Experience.

C#, ASP.NET (1.0, 2.0.3.5 and 4.0), XML, Microsoft SQL SERVER (2005/2008)
