| Job profile | Detailed Description of the Job Profile - Provide estimates and participate in preparing the project plan. - Participate in finalization of requirements specification & acceptance criteria for the product, project & modules - Participate in finalization of architecture for the product, project & modules - Provide regular status reports for all activities related to the tasks he/she and team members are responsible for. - Escalate issues and risks as appropriate to the Project Leader/Project Manager - Identify relevant Team capabilities in reference to the project. - Guide team members in planning & preparing documents as per the acceptance criteria for the work components - Ensure that all Development and Quality Assurance practices are adhered to in the project - Delivery of the project which meets the defined requirements & acceptance criteria - Sound knowledge & experience in implementing the CMMi Level 4/5 or DO178B processes |
