Responsibilities:
Conduct Regular Process Audits
Audit processes for compliance / process adherence
Identify GAPs and areas of improvements
Follow up on solution implementation with processes
Highlight audit findings to the stakeholders
Identify potential Risks in the process and propose mitigation plans
Implement FMEA based on process maps
Publish audit reports on the intranet on a regular basis
Review and audit process flow maps and BPDs at regular intervals
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Awareness of ISO or other Quality Methodologies
Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma would be an advantage
4+ years of experience
Good Communication skills
Good presentation skills
Eye for Detail and good listening skills
Work Location: Mumbai / Pune
